Will I need to change my account log in?
No. You can log in using the same username and password you used on the old site.

Will I be able to see all orders placed online and through my rep?
Yes. You will still find your orders in the same way as you did on the old site, even if they were placed via the old site.

Where can I find Rapid Order?
You can find Rapid Order in the top navigation of the site under its new name Order by Catalog Number. All of the great Rapid Order features remain.

Will my current HotLists still be accessible on the new site?
Yes. You will find them under a new title labeled My Lists.

Where can I find my templates?
Templates and Hotlists have been combined under the label My Lists. You will be able to perform all of the same actions under My Lists as you did using Templates and Hotlists on the old site.
