AccuSEQ Real-Time PCR Detection Software v4.0 is part of an integrated workflow for impurity and contaminant testing during biopharmaceutical manufacturing using the SEQ family of real-time PCR assays, including MycoSEQ, SteriSEQ, resDNASEQ, and ViralSEQ assays. The software is designed to work with the QuantStudio 5 and QuantStudio 7 Pro real-time PCR systems with 96-well plates (0.1-mL, 0.2-mL) and 384-well plates for either fast or standard cycling. This software is provided via a link for online download.

Residual DNA Quantitation
For host cell residual DNA quantitation, a custom module with next-generation algorithms can be used with the resDNASEQ residual host cell DNA quantitation assay for accurate quantitation.
Mycoplasma Detection
For rapid and accurate Mycoplasma detection, AccuSEQ software offers a plug-in analysis module for automated presence/absence calls when using the MycoSEQ Mycoplasma detection system. Automated analysis tools enable one-click processing of MycoSEQ assay data, helping deliver presence or absence calls within seconds of data collection being completed.
Rapid Sterility Testing
For rapid sterility testing, AccuSEQ software offers a plug-in analysis module for automated presence/absence calls when using the SteriSEQ Rapid Sterility Testing System. Automated analysis tools enable one-click processing of SteriSEQ™ Rapid Sterility Testing Kit (Cat. No. A57186) data, helping deliver presence or absence calls within seconds of data collection being completed.
MMV and Vesivirus Detection
AccuSEQ software is optimized and validated for the ViralSEQ MMV and ViralSEQ Vesivirus assays. The software's visual result summary provides immediate understanding of presence or absence of virus in your samples.
Sf-rhabdovirus Genomic RNA Quantitation
AccuSEQ software helps enable rapid and easy analysis of ViralSEQ Quantitative Sf-Rhabdovirus kit data without the hassle of multiple exporting steps and reliance on third party software.
