ApplicationsAlendronate sodium trihydrate is used as a bone resorption inhibitor, farnesyl diphosphate synthase inhibitor and CD45 protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor. A robust inhibitor of bone resorption that induces apoptosis. Alendronate inhibits the migration and invasion of PC-3 cells (sc-2220) by interfering with the mevalonate pathway. Additionally, Alendronate, Sodium Salt is an inhibitor of CD45RC and MMP.

Soluble in water at 10mg/ml
Notes
Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature: -20°C. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents.
