0.5-10kb RNA RNA Ladder is supplied at 1μg/μL in 10mM HEPES (pH 7.2), 2mM EDTA

Suitable for sizing single-stranded RNA ranging from 0.5kb to 10kb in glyoxal or formaldehyde agarose gels

  • Consists of nine bands in even increments (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10kb) to simplify size estimation
  • Compared to other bands, 1.5kb band is more intense, allowing easy orientation and identification of RNA bands on gel
  • RNA molecules in ladder are polyA-tailed (40 nt) for convenient use as control templates for cDNA synthesis
  • Compatible with formaldehyde-containing, glyoxal-containing and polyacrylamide gels
