Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Human CD40 antibody, clone LOB7/6 recognizes the human CD40 cell surface antigen, a 48kDa glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes and weakly by some monocytes.
