Attune™ Xenith™ Focusing Fluid is a sterile, pH-buffered isotonic saline solution specifically engineered for use with the Attune Xenith Flow Cytometer. This ready-to-use 1X formulation has been optimized to maintain optimal performance across the complete wavelength range of lasers available on the Attune Xenith system (349 nm - 785 nm), distinguishing it from standard Attune Focusing Fluid, which is designed for the more limited wavelength range of Attune NxT and CytPix systems (405 nm - 637 nm).
The focusing fluid is formulated to minimize bubble formation and prevent cellular material buildup in the flow cell, thereby maintaining clean fluid lines and reducing instrument clogging.
