  • Single-use technologies minimize assembly, cleaning, validation time and costs, improving efficiency.
  • Includes a 2-port EZ Top™ Container Closure made from C-Flex™ biopharmaceutical thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin and tubing for an unobstructed fluid path and secure seal between bottle and cap surfaces.
  • Designed for the bioprocess market, these systems are compatible with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers. Ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Validated to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6 per ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11137, providing confidence in sterility and product safety.
  • Closed-system design reduces contamination risks.
  • Compatible with tubing welding and sealing for sterile operations.
  • Designed for low gas permeability, low protein binding and clarity. Ideal for storing media, as well as aseptic sampling.
  • Assembly System includes overmolded two port EZ Top™, C-Flex™ tubing on inlet, dip tube and vent line, media bottle (60 mL to 2 L), and 0.2 μm vent filter.
