Description

Blocker BSA är en renad 10% lösning av bovint serumalbumin för blockering i western blotting, ELISA , IHC och nukleinsyradetektionsmetoder.

Blocker BSA är en 10 % (w/v) lösning av högkvalitativ BSA som är användbar för att mätta överskottsproteinbindningsställen på membran och mikroplattor i immunoassays. Den späds oftast ut 10 gånger (till 1 % BSA) i 1X PBS eller 1X TBS vid initial testning. Blockerande BSA är vanligtvis mer effektivt än fettfri mjölk för biotin-avidinsystem eftersom det innehåller ett enda renat protein som saknar endogent biotin.
