Thermo Scientific™ CaptureSelect™ Biotin Anti-FSH-konjugat består av ett 13 kDa rekombinant enkeldomänantikroppsfragment med hög affinitet och selektivitet för både rekombinant och naturligt framställt humant follikelstimulerande hormon (FSH), genom igenkänning av en epitop som är specifik för endast intakt FSH.

CaptureSelect Biotin Anti-FSH-konjugat består av ett 13 kDa rekombinant enkeldomänantikroppsfragment ( VHH -affinitetsligand) med hög affinitet och selektivitet för både rekombinant och naturligt framställt humant follikelstimulerande hormon (FSH), genom igenkänning av en epitop specifik för endast intakt FSH. Affinitetsliganden är kemiskt konjugerad till biotin via en lämplig spacer som bibehåller bindningsreaktiviteten hos liganden när den används i kombination med streptavidinbaserade konjugat eller streptavidin förbelagda ytor.

The CaptureSelect Biotin Anti-FSH Conjugate allows you to:

  • Detect, quantitate, and characterize intact recombinant and natural sourced human FSH
  • Avoid cross-binding to dissociated free α- or β-chains of human FSH

Applications for CaptureSelect Biotin Anti-FSH Conjugate include ELISA, Western blot, Gyrolab™-based immunoassays, and label-free detection platforms such as those based on surface plasmon resonance (Biacore™ and IBIS-MX96 systems) and bio-layer interferometry (ForteBio™ Octet™ systems).

Animal origin statement

CaptureSelect products contain affinity ligands based on recombinant single-domain antibody fragments (VHH) created by a proprietary technology. The VHH affinity ligand is a 12–15 kDa fragment comprising the three complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) that form the antigen-binding domain, efficiently produced in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae by a production process free of any animal components (Animal Origin-Free).
