CD105 Monoclonal Antibody (3A9), Invitrogen™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen MA517041
Additional Details : Weight : 0.01000kg
Description
MA5-17041 targets CD105 in indirect ELISA, FACS, ICC, IF, IHC, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-17041 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of human CD105 expressed in E. Coli. MA5-17041 detects CD105 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 71kDa.
CD105 or Endoglin is a Type I transmembrane protein, which is highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It exists on an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Up regulation of endoglin expression has been demonstrated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, suggesting that it is a proliferation associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds to TGF beta 1 and 3 with high affinity but not to TGF beta 2.Specifications
