CD116, PE, clone: 4H1, eBioscience™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 12-1169-42
Additional Details : Weight : 0.23750kg
DescriptionDescription: The 4H1 monoclonal antibody reacts with the human CD116 molecule, the alpha subunit of GM-CSF receptor. The alpha subunit associates with the common beta chain (CD131) to form the high affinity receptor for GM-CSF. The GM-CSFR alpha chain is expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and some tumor cells.Applications Reported: 4H1 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.Applications Tested: This 4H1 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 5 μL (0.5 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser.Filtration: 0.2μm post-manufacturing filtered.
