CD119 (IFN gamma Receptor 1), Biotin, clone: 2E2, eBioscience™
Armenian Hamster Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 13-1191-82
Additional Details : Weight : 0.09500kg
DescriptionDescription: The monoclonal antibody 2E2 recognizes mouse CD119 also known as IFN gamma receptor1. CD119 heterodimerizes with IFN gamma receptor 2 (AF-1) forming the Class II cytokine receptor. The ligand IFN gamma binds IFN gamma receptor 1 subunit but signal transduction transpires via the IFN gamma receptor 2 subunit. The receptor is involved in host defense and expression is broad including B cells, NK cells, macrophages and dendritic cells as well as other non-hematopoietic cell types.Applications Reported: This 2E2 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.Applications Tested: This 2E2 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 μg per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.Filtration: 0.2μm post-manufacturing filtered.
