Beskrivning

Pre-stained protein ladder provides multi-colored, pre-stained bands for visual inspection and two-color near-infrared detection. LI-COR Biosciences™ Chameleon Duo Pre-stained Protein Ladder is a pre-mixed format for use with Image Studio™ software in Western blot applications.

Capture the sharp, vibrant colors of Chameleon Protein Ladders. In gels, the Ladder can be used to visualize the progress of the protein separation during electrophoresis and to estimate the molecular weight of unknown proteins based on their relative mobility. In blotting applications, the Ladder can be used to monitor protein transfer and as a reference to estimate molecular weight of proteins of interest.

  • Provides multi-colored, pre-stained bands for detection via visual inspection or in near-infrared fluorescent bands (700nm or 800nm channels)
  • Recombinant proteins in convenient and consistent sizes (8 to 260 kDa) for broad-range molecular weight estimation
  • Use for easy visualization of gel migration and protein size, and to orient the gel or membrane quickly
  • Ladders are optimized for use with Bis-Tris and Tris-Glycine gels
