Description

Perform sensitive procedures using precast gels that are carefully washed and dried after casting to remove catalysts and unpolymerized material

  • Customize IEF separations by reswelling in a suitable mixture of carrier ampholytes and other additives such as detergents or denaturants
  • Handle mechanically stable, plastic-backed gels with confidence
  • Offer improved gel performance with faster and more stable gradients, fewer artifacts and easier zymogram assays
  • Before use, rehydrate using the convenient GelPool accessory (Mfr. No. 18-1031-58); swelling returns the gel to its original thickness of 0.5mm
  • Gel composition: Polyacrylamide gel (5%T/3%C)
