Hybridoma fusion recovery medium (serum-containing)

  • ClonaCell™-HY Medium C is a serum-containing liquid medium used to promote hybridoma viability and recovery after the fusion process (PEG-based or electrofusion) and prior to hypoxanthine, aminopterin, thymidine (HAT) selection
  • This medium has been verified for use in mouse and rat hybridoma development and reportedly is compatible for production of hybridomas using lymphocytes from a variety of host animals including human, mouse, rat, and hamster
