Collagenases from Clostridium histolyticum are proteolytic enzymes that cleave peptide bonds in the triple helical collagen molecule of human or animal tissue in situ. Nordmark Collagenase NB products are particularly suitable for cell isolation from various tissues and passaging of stem cells.
