Description

Används för odling av epitel-, endotel- och granulosacelltyper under låga serumförhållanden. Corning™ cellgro™ Basal Cell Culture Liquid Media - DMEM och Ham's F-12, 50/50 Mix har låga nivåer av endotoxin och frånvaro av kontaminering.

  • Modifiering av Basal Medium Eagle (BME) som innehåller fyrfaldiga koncentrationer av aminosyrorna och vitaminerna som finns i BME
  • Fifty-fifty-blandning av DMEM och F-12, ursprungligen formulerad för neuroblastomceller från råtta och MDCK-celler
  • Serumfri tillväxt kan vara möjlig med lämpliga proteintillskott
