EasySep™ kit with RoboSep™ buffer and RoboSep™ filter tips - 100 mL whole blood processed

  • The EasySep™ Direct HLA B Cell Isolation Kit can be used to isolate highly purified B cells directly from human whole blood, buffy coat, spleen, or lymph nodes by immunomagnetic negative selection. 
  • This kit targets non-B cells for removal with antibodies recognizing specific surface markers. 
  • Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™, and separated using an EasySep™ magnet. 
  • Desired cells are simply collected into a new tube and can directly be used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry crossmatch.
