Efficient-Pro AGT Medium (+) Insulin är ett torrformat, nästa generations kinesiskt hamster-ovariummedium (CHO) som används vid produktion av proteiner såsom monoklonala antikroppar (mAbs), vilket erbjuder betydande prestanda- och användarvänlighetsförbättringar jämfört med andra produkter.

Efficient-Pro AGT Medium (+) Insulin is an animal-origin-free (AOF) cell culture medium based on the Efficient-Pro AGT Medium formulation with the addition of recombinant human insulin. It is designed for the bioproduction of mAbs and other therapeutic proteins in both batch and fed-batch bioprocessing workflows. It helps support the growth and productivity of insulin-dependent CHO cell lines by eliminating the need for manual insulin supplementation. This modification reduces handling steps, minimizes variability, and improves workflow efficiency. Designed to be paired with the Efficient-Pro Feed system, Efficient-Pro AGT Medium (+) Insulin provides the power to help achieve high titers, specific productivity, and the simplicity to start process development faster, facilitate easier adaptation, and transfer to manufacturing scale with ease.
