EphA8 Monoclonal Antibody (9A12D8), Invitrogen™
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen MA515448
Additional Details : Weight : 0.01000kg
Description
MA5-15448 targets EphA8 in indirect ELISA, WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The MA5-15448 immunogen is purified recombinant fragment of EphA8 (aa70-150) expressed in E. Coli.
EPHA8 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of the protein-tyrosine kinase family. EPH and EPH-related receptors have been implicated in mediating developmental events, particularly in the nervous system. EPHA8 plays a role in short-range contact-mediated axonal guidance during development of the mammalian nervous system. Receptors in the EPH subfamily typically have a single kinase domain and an extracellular region containing a Cys-rich domain and 2 fibronectin type III repeats. The ephrin receptors are divided into 2 groups based on the similarity of their extracellular domain sequences and their affinities for binding ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands.Specifications
