EpiLife™ Defined Growth Supplement (EDGS)

En definierad, steril, koncentrerad (100X) lösning avsedd att användas med EpiLife™ medium till odling av humana epidermala keratinocyter. EDGS är inte avsedd att användas med Medium 154. EDGS innehåller alla tillväxtfaktorer och hormoner som är nödvändiga för tillväxten av mänskliga epidermala keratinocyter. Varje flaska innehåller rätt mängd tillskott för en 500 ml flaska EpiLife™ medium. EDGS innehåller:
  • renat bovint serumalbumin
  • renat bovint transferrin
  • hydrokortison
  • rekombinant human insulinliknande tillväxtfaktor typ 1 (rhIGF-1)
  • prostaglandin E2 (PGE2)
  • rekombinant human epidermal tillväxtfaktor (rhEGF) Nötkreatursprodukterna i EDGS har isolerats från djur av nordamerikanskt ursprung. Isoleringsprocessen för dessa komponenter inkluderar steg som inaktiverar virus. Alla komponenter i EDGS är mer än 95 % rena.
