Expi293 PRO Transfection Kit är en kärnkomponent i Expi293 PRO Expression System. Den är utformad för övergående transfektion av högdensitetskulturer av HEK 293-celler. The Expi293 PRO Transfection Kit is specifically designed to work with Expi293 PRO cells in the Expi29 PRO Expression System. The transfection kit consists of the cationic lipid-based Expi293 PRO transfection reagent and Expi293 PRO enhancer and feed, which boost transfection, cell viability, and protein expression.
