Tube furnaces provide enhanced thermal uniformity and with the addition of a ceramic work tube and seals, the flexibility to allow materials to be tested under various atmospheric conditions.Typical applications include research tests on inorganic materials, which can be cost effectively carried out in air or in a non-oxidising atmosphere; such as nitrogen or argon or in a vacuum.The enhanced thermal uniformity is ideal for thermocouple calibration and single zone or three zone design are available.
