Description

De GeneBLAzer™ CMV- bla Jurkat Cell Line uttrycker konstitutivt betalaktamas under kontroll av CMV-promotorn i Jurkat-celler.

En stabil population erhölls med användning av 1 mg/ml Geneticin™ (G418) selektion följt av isolering av en klon genom fluorescensaktiverad cellsortering (FACS ).

CMV- bla Jurkat-celler kan användas som en positiv kontroll för beta-laktamasexpressionsexperiment. När cellerna laddas med CCF2-AM- eller CCF4-AM-substrat och exciteras med 409 nm ljus, kommer cellerna att fluorescera blått.
