R&D Systems™ Human B3GalT4 (NP_003773) VersaClone cDNA is a member of the beta-1,3-galactosyltransferase (beta3GalT) gene family.

The Human B3GalT4 (NP_003773) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for B3GALT4, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The B3GALT4 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
