The CD1 family members are thought to differ in their cellular localization and specificity for particular lipid ligands

The Human CD1a (AAA51931) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for CD1a, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The CD1a insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
