The Human Connexin 32/GJB1 (NP_000157) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Connexin 32/GJB1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Connexin 32/GJB1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
