The Human IL-27 R alpha/WSX-1/TCCR (NP_004834) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for IL-27R alpha/WSX-1/TCCR, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The IL-27R alpha/WSX-1/TCCR insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
