Human Melanocyte Growth Supplement-2, PMA-fri (HMGS-2)

En steril, koncentrerad (100X) lösning avsedd för användning med Medium 254 eller Medium 254CF för att odla humana epidermala melanocyter. Varje 5 ml flaska HMGS-2 innehåller alla tillväxtfaktorer, hormoner och vävnadsextrakt som är nödvändiga för odling av humana epidermala melanocyter och är den korrekta mängden tillskott för en 500 ml flaska med medium.

När en 500 ml flaska med medium kompletteras med HMGS-2 är de slutliga koncentrationerna av komponenterna i det kompletterade mediet:
