R&D Systems™ Human Notch-1 (NP_060087) VersaClone cDNA is a member of the NOTCH family of proteins.

The Human Notch-1 (NP_060087) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for Notch-1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The Notch-1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
