This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • The Semaphorin 6A insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
  • Sema6A is a transmembrane protein belonging to the semaphorin family.
  • It is a cell surface receptor for PLXNA2.
  • Sema6A promotes reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and plays an important role in axon guidance in the developing central nervous system.
  • It is required for normal granule cell migration in the developing cerebellum.
