INTELLIFLEX kalibreringskit är avsett för användning med Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX- och Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX DR-SE-systemen och används för att kalibrera optiken i dessa system.

The INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit is for use with the Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX and Luminex xMAP INTELLIFLEX DR-SE systems and is used to calibrate the optics of these systems. The calibration kit contains all reagents needed for calibration of these systems.

Calibration is important to ensure that the optical system functions effectively and that different INTELLIFLEX systems report similar results. Calibrating the INTELLIFLEX System normalizes the settings for classification channels (CL1, CL2, and CL3), the doublet discriminator channel (DD), and the reporter channels (RP1 and RP2).

Please refer to the INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit package insert for proper use of the INTELLIFLEX Calibration Kit.
