ATP, CTP, GTP, UTP (nukleosid 5'-trifosfater) och 10 mM NTP Mix är lämpliga för användning i in vitro transkriptionsreaktioner med SP6, T3 och T7 RNA-polymeraser.

ATP, CTP, GTP, UTP (nukleosid 5´ -trifosfater), och 10 mM NTP Mix är lämpliga för användning i in vitro transkriptionsreaktioner med SP6, T3 och T7 RNA-polymeraser för produktion av RNA-sonder, eller RNA-transkript för translation i in vitro translationsextrakt. Dessa nukleotider tillhandahålls som bekväma, färdiga att använda lösningar i en koncentration av 10 mM i 1 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7,5).
