Epredia™ Lab Vision Trypsin (Enzymatic Pretreatment) is ideal for immunohistochemical procedures.

Trypsin is a digestive enzyme commonly used in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical procedures. Its digestive properties are in many cases required as a pretreatment, prior to the primary antibody application, to produce a signal with certain protein-antibody interactions. It is found more useful than boiling pretreatments for antibodies such as AE3 and AE1/AE3.
  • Supplied as a two-component system

Includes:

TA-015-TR: 15mL (Buffer) (TA-015-TRB), 5mL (Trypsin concentrate) (TA-005-TRC)

TA-125-TR: 125mL (Buffer) (TA-125-TRB), 30mL (Trypsin concentrate) (TA-030-TRC)
