Description
Select your Lyph-Lock Flasks based on your sample sizes. Flasks should be filled to no more than one-third of their volume so that maximum surface area is achieved and efficient lyophilization is ensured.
- Flexible, silicone rubber seal grasps top and bottom and holds them securely together during pre-freezing and lyophilization
- A complete Lyph-Lock Flask includes a glass top and bottom and a rubber ring seal
- Top and bottom are high-strength borosilicate glass
- Seal is a flexibile, non-contaminating silicone rubber
- Tops, bottoms and seals are available separately as replacement components
- Adapters are required to attach flasks to freeze dry valve ports (sold separately)
- Borosilicate glass has maximum temperature is 490° C and silicone maximum temperature is 450° C
- Flat bottom reduces spills and provides better balance
- Compatible with all major brands of laboratory freeze dryers
- Entire flask may be autoclaved
