Beskrivning

Extrudes ice flakes at a temperature just below zero degrees. Scotsman™ Ice Flaker with Storage bin can produce up to 70kg of flake per day and holds up to 25kg of storage. Flakes contain 25% residual water content and is stored inside an insulated, plastic lined containment bin with front opening for easy access.

  • Pressure-based water level monitoring system may work with demineralised water as well as with standard tap water
  • Electronically controlled operation, with self-diagnostic functions with external alarm lights providing operational information for early alert and fast diagnosis of operating issues
