This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with rheumatoid synovial fluid cells and fibronectin purified monocytes. The IgG fraction of the tissue culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Fc gamma RI/CD64 Monoclonal specifically detects Fc gamma RI/CD64 in Human samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, CyTOF-ready.
