Conduct large-volume media and culture preparation with these polycarbonate Nalgene Clearboys, particularly when visual inspection is required. This polycarbonate Clearboy is durable, lighter and safer than glass, autoclavable for sterile applications and ideal for refrigerated or frozen storage of aqueous solutions such as sterile water, aqueous reagents and media.

Completely disengage closure threads and disassemble spigot before autoclaving.

Note: these tests, using other liquids, may not yield the same results. To ensure safe usage, customers are advised to test Thermo Scientific Nalgene bottles and closures under conditions of their planned applications. Thermo Scientific Nalgene products are leakproof at ambient temperature and pressure when used with their Nalgene closures.
