Description

Används för tillväxt av neuronala celler från hippocampus, cortex och otregioner i hjärnan. Gibco™ Neurobasal™ Medium är ett basalt medium som uppfyller de speciella cellodlingskraven för prenatala och embryonala neuronala celler när det används med Gibco™ B-27™ Tillägg.

  • Möjliggör både lång- och korttidsupprätthållande av homogena populationer av neuronala celler utan behov av ett astrocytematarlager
  • Kompletteras med 0,5 mM L-glutamin eller GlutaMAX™ -I Supplement och antingen ett serumfritt tillskott (som t.ex B-27™ Supplement eller N-2 Supplement), eller med serum
  • Testad för pH, osmolalitet, endotoxin och frånvaro av bakteriell och svampkontamination
