Beskrivning

NuGenius is a new generation, low cost, integrated imaging system for DNA and protein analysis and gel documentation.

GeneTools software provides the user with rapid quantification of samples and goes from blots to analysed data in a few quick steps. Analysis sample types include molecular weight, colony counting, spot blot and band matching.

All samples can be quantified, including multiplexed protein fluorescence analysis of up to 5 samples at once. Raw data files can be quickly quantified to produce true data for publication data. High quality reports can be exported in Word and Excel files for simple review.

The system comes with a 3 year warranty (return to factory), unlimited licences of GeneTools analysis software and free software updates. GeneTools software meets the requirements for 21 CFR Part 11 and GLP environments.

  • Features a ground breaking 5M Pixel camera that gives exquisite pixel resolution and unrivalled sensitivity in its class
  • The camera is capable of producing 16 bit images with 65535 grey scales
  • The system has an F1.4 motorized zoom lens to enable the imaging of any gel size
  • The system as standard comes with a UV filter and epi white light
  • The maximum viewing area available is 20 x 24 cm
  • Excitation sources in the NuGenius Plus include UV, blue, and white light
  • Features a unique inbuilt computer powered by the Raspberry Pi and an interactive touch screen
  • The system can be networked (accessory needed)
