De NuPAGE Bis-Tris välkomstpaket och miniblotmoduler tillhandahåller allt som behövs NuPAGE geler och buffertar som behövs för att börja använda Mini Gel Tank plus två Mini Blot-moduler för våt överföring. Mini Gel Tank är kompatibel med alla Invitrogen prefabricerade och handgjutna proteingeler inklusive Novex geler, NuPAGE geler och Bolt Bis-Tris Plus geler. Varje Mini Gel Tank kan rymma upp till två geler per körning eller upp till två Mini Blot-moduler för våtöverföring. Den unika tankdesignen möjliggör bekväm gelladdning sida vid sida och förbättrad visning under användning.

About the Mini Gel Tank
The Mini Gel Tank is compatible with Novex gels, NuPAGE gels, and Bolt Bis-Tris Plus gels. Each Mini Gel Tank can accommodate up to two gels per run. The unique tank design enables convenient side-by-side gel loading and enhanced viewing during use.
About NuPAGE Bis-Tris gels
Invitrogen NuPAGE Bis-Tris Protein gels are precast polyacrylamide gels designed to give optimal separation of a wide range of proteins under denaturing conditions. Unlike traditional Tris-glycine gels, NuPAGE Bis-Tris gels have a neutral pH environment that minimizes protein modifications. Use NuPAGE Bis-Tris gels for preparing proteins for sequencing, mass spectrometry, and any other techniques where protein integrity is crucial. Also, use NuPAGE gels for optimal results during day-to-day use.
Transfer
For transferring your proteins to a membrane, we recommend using for NuPAGE Transfer Buffer (Cat. No. NP0006) for traditional wet transfer using the Mini Blot Module (Cat. No. B1000).
About the Mini Blot Module
The Mini Blot Module is a wet transfer device used exclusively with the Mini Gel Tank. The tank accommodates one blot module per chamber, or two blot modules total with the side-by-side layout. The Mini Blot Module is compatible all Invitrogen mini gels (blot size: 8.5 x 8 cm). The blot module accommodates one mini gel per wet transfer. The universal connection and molded gasket make the module easy to use, while the inner core of the module allows for use of less methanol-based transfer buffer per wet transfer (250 mL per gel). At the recommended conditions and constant voltage, proteins can be transferred to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes typically in 30 to 60 minutes.
