Description

Renat biotin och biotinylerad BSA, HRP, AP eller FITC för användning som kontroller eller för att förstärka signalen i IHC via avidin-biotinkomplexet (ABC).

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Biotinylerade proteiner inkluderar biotinmärkt pepparrotsperoxidas (B-HRP), alkaliskt fosfatas (B-AP) och fluorescein (B-FITC) för användning som kontroller eller signalförstärkning i IHC via avidin-biotinkomplex (ABC)-tekniker.

Biotinylerad HRP och biotinylerad AP används oftast inom immunhistokemi (IHC) för att förstärka signalen från biotinylerade primära antikroppar med hjälp av ABC-färgningsmetoden. Biotinylerat fluorescein (FITC) kan inte användas för att polymerisera och förstärka signalen i samma grad som biotinylerade enzymer eftersom varje fluormolekyl är taggad med endast en biotinmolekyl. Den fluorescerande varianten av traditionell ABC-färgning är dock möjlig med denna unika molekyl.

  • Biotinylerade kontroller– använd biotinylerat bovint serumalbumin (B-BSA) eller någon av dessa molekyler som positiva kontroller i biotinkvantifieringsmetoder
