Description
The HI99163 is a portable pH/temperature meter specially designed for the meat processing industry. All calibration and measurement readings are automatically compensated for temperature variations. This meter uses the FC232D amplified pH electrode with a built-in temperature sensor.
The FC232D probe is designed with low temperature (LT) glass, a conical tip shape, and is housed in a food grade, nontoxic PVDF body with a removable, piercing stainless steel blade. This electrode also features a unique open junction design that resists clogging. The conical tip makes it ideal for pH measurements in meat and semi-solid food samples.
- Automatic Temperature Compensation
- One or two-point automatic calibration
- BEPS - Alerts the user of low battery power that could adversely affect readings
- Compact, heavy-duty, and waterproof
- Battery percent displayed on start-up
- HELP feature displays tutorial messages on LCD screen
