Description

Description

  • Protein A Agarose 50% (v/v) suspension is developed for purification of monoclonal- and polyclonal antibodies using affinity chromatography.
  • The Protein A Agarose resin has a high dynamic binding capacity (DBC10%)* combined with excellent NaOH stability. *DBC10% = 70 mg human IgG/ml resin determined with 1 mg/ml human monoclonal IgG1 using a 1 ml column at 6 min residence time.
  • Protein A Agarose resin can be used in different formats and applications.
