R&D Systems™ Rat P2X1/P2RX1 (NP_037129) VersaClone cDNA functions as a ligand-gated ion channel with relatively high calcium permeability.

The Rat P2X1/P2RX1 (NP_037129) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for P2X1/P2RX1, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The P2X1/P2RX1 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
