Carrier-Free Recombinant Protein

Measured by its ability to inhibit Lymphotoxin alpha 1/beta 2-induced IL-8 secretion in A375 human melanoma cells. Degli-Esposti, M. et al. (1997) J. Immunol. 158:1756. The ED50 for this effect is 30.0-180 ng/mL in the presence of 100 ng/mL Recombinant Human Lymphotoxin alpha 1/beta 2 (Catalog # 8884-LY ).
