ANPEP Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the metalloprotease domain (Lys 69-Lys 967, 603 Met/Ile) of the mature form of human ANPEP (NP_001141.2) with the signal peptide at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus
Brand: Invitrogen 10051H08H5
Additional Details : Weight : 0.10000kg
DescriptionAlanyl Amonipeptidase (ANPEP), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in analysis of protein structure. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
- Activity: Measured by its ability to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate, Ala-7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (Ala-AMC); the specific activity is >2500 pmoles/min./μg
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 25mM MES, 0.15M NaCl, pH 6.5, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
