IL13RA1 Recombinant Human Protein, His Tag, Invitrogen™ Sino Biological™
This recombinant protein was expressed from a DNA sequence encoding the human IL13RA1 (NP_001551.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Thr 343) fused to a C-terminal polyhistidine tag
Brand: Invitrogen 10943H08H5
Additional Details : Weight : 0.10000kg
DescriptionInterleukin 13 Receptor Alpha 1 (IL13RA1), recombinant human protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized human IL13RA1 at 4μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human IL13 with a linear ranger of 0.156-2.5μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
- Reconstitution: Dissolve the protein in sterile double distilled water to a concentration of 0.2mg/mL or lower; aliquot and use as soon as possible
This protein is manufactured by Sino Biological Inc.
