DescriptionTumor Necrosis Factor Super Family 13 subunit beta (TNFSF13B), recombinant human/mouse protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.
- Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized recombinant human TNFSF13B at 1μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human TNFRSF17, the EC50 of human TNFRSF17 is 0.07μg/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
