  • When supplemented with StemSpan™ Erythroid Expansion Supplement (100X; Catalog #02692), this medium supports the expansion and erythroid differentiation of human hematopoietic progenitor cells into CD71+ and Glycophorin A+ erythroblasts in ACF culture conditions
  • This medium only contains recombinant proteins and synthetic components; it does not contain serum or other human- or animal-derived components
